Bumper Car Production Process
Step 1: Lay the bottom support timber
Parallel wooden beams are laid on the ground as load-bearing base beams, evenly spaced and leveled for neat arrangement, serving as the foundational layer for flooring.
Step 2: Place the conductive insulation strip
Lay yellow insulating separation strips along the length of the wooden formwork to separate the conductive steel plates of the positive and negative poles, ensuring the insulating strips remain straight and undistorted.
Step 3: Lighting Cable & Insulation Board Setup
Install lighting cables on top of the wooden beams and drill holes as required. Place the lights inside the prepared openings if lighting is included (this step can be skipped if no lights are used). Secure the transparent insulation boards over the structure to provide electrical isolation and protection.
Step 4: Fixed steel plate
Use a handheld electric screw gun to secure the steel plate to the wooden formwork below with self-tapping screws, fixing each steel plate at multiple points to prevent warping.
Step 5: Anti-collision beam unit
Weld the anti-theft barrier supports around the arena. The support legs are welded at intervals of one support for every steel plate, ensuring structural strength and enhanced safety.
