Floor Grid Bumper Car obtain electricity straight from customized conductive floor panels, removing the requirement for overhead conductive frames. It delivers sleek acceleration and precise steering while greatly upgrading the overall interior visual effect. This power supply solution works perfectly for trendy indoor sites with restricted ceiling clearance and high aesthetic standards, which makes it a top pick for mall play zones and family entertainment centers.
Perfect for:
- Shopping mall amusement zones
- Indoor family entertainment centers
- Venues with low ceiling restrictions
- Commercial projects focusing on stylish space design and premium guest experience
Ceiling Grid Bumper Car
A classic, durable bumper car system powered by an overhead conductive grid, ideal for permanent amusement venues requiring reliable and continuous operation.
Ceiling-grid bumper cars receive continuous electrical power from an overhead conductive grid through a vertical pickup pole mounted on each vehicle. This proven power system provides stable power throughout operation without the need for battery charging. Designed for fixed bumper car arenas and frequent daily operation, the ceiling-grid system offers reliable performance, durable construction, and straightforward maintenance, making it a practical solution for established amusement parks and high-traffic entertainment venues.
Perfect For:
- Indoor amusement parks & family entertainment centers
- Permanent bumper car arenas
- Large fixed entertainment venues
- High-traffic commercial amusement operations
Battery Bumper Car
Powered by rechargeable batteries, battery bumper cars require no ceiling grid or conductive floor system, offering a flexible solution with simpler site requirements and installation.
Each bumper car operates independently using its own rechargeable battery system, eliminating the need for overhead or floor-based power infrastructure. This makes installation simpler and allows the arena layout to be adapted or relocated more easily. With flexible site requirements and straightforward setup, battery-powered bumper cars are well suited for both permanent and temporary amusement projects, particularly where installing a fixed power-supply system is impractical.
Perfect for:
- Pop-up events & commercial exhibitions
- Outdoor fairs & temporary amusement areas
- Mobile amusement and equipment rental businesses
- ew amusement projects requiring flexible installation

Bumper Cars Installation Support
Step 1: Lay the bottom support timber
Parallel wooden beams are laid on the ground as load-bearing base beams, evenly spaced and leveled for neat arrangement, serving as the foundational layer for flooring.
Step 2: Place the conductive insulation strip
Lay yellow insulating separation strips along the length of the wooden formwork to separate the conductive steel plates of the positive and negative poles, ensuring the insulating strips remain straight and undistorted.
Step 3: Lighting Cable & Insulation Board Setup
Install lighting cables on top of the wooden beams and drill holes as required. Place the lights inside the prepared openings if lighting is included (this step can be skipped if no lights are used). Secure the transparent insulation boards over the structure to provide electrical isolation and protection.
Step 4: Fixed steel plate
Use a handheld electric screw gun to secure the steel plate to the wooden formwork below with self-tapping screws, fixing each steel plate at multiple points to prevent warping.
Step 5: Anti-collision beam unit
Weld the anti-theft barrier supports around the arena. The support legs are welded at intervals of one support for every steel plate, ensuring structural strength and enhanced safety.
Compared to traditional flooring, modular flooring has the following advantages:
- Quick assembly, no on-site welding, shortening the construction period
- Adjustable bracket to adapt to uneven ground, saving floor renovation costs
- Removable and transportable, reusable in multiple locations
- Prefabricated insulation layer in the factory reduces the risk of short circuit leakage
- Small piece packaging transportation, cheap logistics, not easily deformed or damaged
