Ferris Wheel Production Process
From Design Rendering to Final Assembly
At YongleSide, every Ferris wheel is produced through a clear and controlled manufacturing process. From visual design and raw material preparation to welding, cabin fabrication, surface finishing, lighting installation, and final assembly, each step is managed to ensure structural stability, attractive appearance, and reliable long-term operation.
Design Rendering
The production process begins with a detailed Ferris wheel design rendering. Our team develops the overall appearance, structure, cabin style, color plan, and lighting concept based on project requirements, site conditions, passenger capacity, and park theme.
Raw Material Preparation
After the design is confirmed, we prepare the required steel materials, fiberglass materials, mechanical parts, electrical components, and cabin accessories. Material selection is an important foundation for ride strength, durability, and stable outdoor operation.
Steel Structure Welding
The main Ferris wheel steel frame is welded according to the approved technical drawings. Our welding process focuses on structural accuracy, joint strength, and stable load-bearing performance, creating a solid foundation for safe ride operation.
Cabin Fabrication
Ferris wheel cabins are produced through a multi-step process. First, the embedded steel components are welded inside the cabin structure. Then, fiberglass molding is applied to form a smooth, durable, and visually attractive cabin body.
Painting for Steel Frame and Cabins
After fabrication, the steel frame and cabins enter the painting process. Colors can be customized based on the park theme, brand image, or project design. The surface finish improves visual appeal while adding protection for outdoor use.
Cabin Lighting Installation
Lighting systems are installed inside or around the Ferris wheel cabins according to the design plan. Well-designed lighting improves the night-time visual effect and makes the Ferris wheel a stronger landmark attraction in the park.
Equipment Assembly
In the final stage, the steel structure, cabins, drive system, lighting, and related components are assembled. Key parts are checked during assembly to ensure proper connection, smooth movement, and readiness for delivery and installation.
Safe & Efficient Shipping
We work with experienced freight forwarders to arrange safe and efficient delivery. Both container sea freight and land transportation are supported. If you have your own shipping agent, we’re happy to coordinate with them to ensure smooth loading and dispatch.
